I hadn't realised until just idly digging around online that Irvin Kershner has died too! Director of arguably the best Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Robocop 2 died aged 87. Dam it.

Short change...
I was never a real LOST fan, I'm a real sucker for the 90/120 minute structure, I find serials frustrating, usually choosing to wait and watch the whole thing back to back on DVD.
LOST had a different feel when it started back in 2004 and I know fans read so much into the cryptic unanswered scripts. Don't get me wrong I like ambiguity, you always need to hold something back, but the LOST creators seemed to leave so many loose ends...
