New Werner Herzog '09 Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans with Nicolas Cage
I like Herzog I just don't think Cage can follow what Keital did with the character originally. For all his trying, Cage is never really that bad, he's tooo - nice? I don't know, I'll have to go and see.

Hmm. Much as I love Herzog he's made some pretty shit films in his time and this looks like one of them.
